Surfing the big wave - A Strategic Framework for Growth

A strategic framework for Growth was developed for the organization to guide the direction, activities and programs of the Directorate of Urban Land Transport for the next five years. Strategic planning envisions a transformational agenda with new or modified goals and milestones. It has taken into consideration the organization’s internal capabilities and inherent strength and external environment in which it operates.
It is expected that this document is reviewed every two years and changes made in need of the times.
